At present, stepper motors are more and more widely used in machinery, electronics, textile and other industries. The following is a brief introduction:
1. Stepper motor is mainly used in some occasions with positioning requirements.
For example: wire cutting workbench drag, wool planting machine workbench (pore positioning), packaging machine (fixed length). Basically, it can be used in all occasions involving positioning.
2. It is widely used in ATM machines, inkjet machines, lettering machines, photo machines, spraying equipment, medical instruments and equipment, computer peripherals and mass storage equipment, precision instruments, industrial control systems, office automation, robots and other fields.
It is especially suitable for applications requiring stable operation, low noise, fast response, long service life and high output torque.
3. Stepping motors are widely used in textile machinery and equipment such as computerized embroidery machines. These stepping motors are characterized by low torque, frequent start-up, fast response, low running noise, stable operation, good control performance and low cost.
At present, most of the stepping motors used in computer embroidery machines are five phase hybrid stepping motors. The purpose is to reduce the step torque angle and improve the control accuracy by using the stepping motor with high phase number. However, the improvement in performance obtained by this way is limited and the cost is relatively high. Using subdivision drive technology can greatly improve the operation quality of stepping motor, reduce torque fluctuation, suppress oscillation, reduce noise and improve step torque resolution. If the reactive stepping motor is used, the performance can be significantly improved and the cost of the product can be greatly reduced.
