DC brush motor:
Advantages: low cost, easy control and low noise.
Disadvantages: the service life is short, and the brush needs to be replaced regularly. During operation, it is greatly affected by the changes of load and power supply voltage, poor transmission stability, slow start-up speed, and can not start and stop quickly and continuously. Unstable operation at low speed and creep phenomenon.
Brushless DC motor:
Advantages: brushless design, much longer service life than brush motor, low noise and constant torque.
Disadvantages: it needs to be driven by a special control circuit, which is greatly affected by the changes of load and power supply voltage during operation. Although there can be closed-loop control, the overall stability is not high at present. Unstable operation at low speed and creep phenomenon.
alternating current dynamo:
Advantages: low cost, low noise and long service life.
Disadvantages: small starting torque, difficult to control speed, greatly affected by load and power supply voltage changes during operation, unstable low-speed operation and creep.
Stepper motor:
Advantages: the speed is controlled by pulse, very stable at low or high speed, not affected by voltage and load changes, long service life and high precision.
Disadvantages: the noise is higher than other motors, and there is resonance at a certain speed according to the motor performance. Special control circuit drive is required. The efficiency is low. Under the same power, the high-speed torque is smaller than other motors.
